There are 2 airports to fly into, Ministro Pistarini Ezeiza (the main one for international flights) and Aeroparque (that one is inside the city but doesn't have too many international flights).
From the airport you can take a taxi. We recommend you to pay the authorized taxis before go out the airport. Any company inside the airport is reliable.

The main currency is the Argentian Peso, and some places like hotels accepts dollars.
Buenos Aires is cold and rainy this time of the year. An umbrella is recommended, as well as a scarf and anything that will make you feel warm.
